Frequently Asked Questions
What should my child bring?
-Please bring a bat and a glove to all practices. There will be some days we will spend most or all of the time just hitting or just fielding but it is best practice to bring them both every day. You cannot wear metal spikes indoors or on the outside turf. Athletic shoes of any kind will work great.
What should my child wear?
-Athletic shorts or pants are strongly preferred as well as a hat.
If I need to miss a day what should I do?
If you know you will be gone for a week (possible vacation or other activity for your child) feel free to reach out. If it is a one day absence no need to contact NLB.
Why does it say my fourth grader should go to two times?
The fourth grade age is our "swing age" where some players fit better with the older kids and some with the younger players. Feel free to attend either and if we need to adjust we will be in contact with individual families.
